The ACPM Summit 2025 was a high-level strategic platform co-hosted by the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure (DPWI) and the Association of Construction Project Managers (ACPM). Held on 29–30 October 2025, the two-day summit was designed to consolidate and scale up the professionalisation efforts that were underway across the public sector and the broader Built Environment.
The Summit built on years of public–private collaboration, such as the DPWI-ACPM Candidate Secondment Programme and the Construction Industry Conversations (CIC) series, and aimed to advance a shared agenda of professionalising state capacity, closing technical gaps, and accelerating transformation.
